• Organizing and Outreach - to build a coalition of diverse individuals and organizations statewide;

• Organizational development - to create the infrastructure for this new organization with bylaws, nonprofit status and fundraising plans;

• Communications - to develop a plan for communications including social media, website, blogging and podcasts.
